摘要
分析了采煤机截割机构主要组成,对各组成部件相互之间的关系进行研究;运用MATLAB仿真分析和试验的方法对截割机构主要部件的速度、加速度等运动特性进行研究。研究结果表明:在采煤机截割机构作业工况一定时,截割机构中的截割滚筒、小臂、大臂、行走机构、装载机构不同部件的运行速度和加速度变化曲线不同,且数值大小不同,但均呈现为周期性波动的趋势;速度、加速度仿真分析与试验最大相对误差均在10%以内,验证仿真分析正确性;该研究为采煤机截割机构产品更新换代、结构优化等方面的周期缩短及成本节约提供重要的参考。
The main components of the shearer cutting mechanism have been analyzed,and the relationship between the components has been studied;the velocity,acceleration and other motion characteristics of the main components of the cutting mechanism have been studied by means of MATLAB simulation analysis and experiment.The research results show that when the working condition of the shearer cutting mechanism is constant,the speed and acceleration change curves of different parts of the cutting drum,jib,boom,traveling mechanism and loading mechanism in the cutting mechanism are different,and the values are different,but they all show a periodic fluctuation trend;the maximum relative error of velocity and acceleration simulation analysis and test is within 10%,which verifies the correctness of simulation analysis;the study provides an important reference for the cycle reduction and cost saving of shearer cutting mechanism in terms of product upgrading,structure optimization.
