摘要
为提高采煤机截割部的性能及系统可靠性,对采煤机截割部进行优化设计,将短链传统装置改为采用“永磁同步电机、截割滚筒、NGW减速装置以及齿形链”的变速截割系统。该系统采用低速度大扭矩的永磁电机,能够实现采煤机截割滚筒的变速截割;短链传动装置选用NGW减速器与齿形链,传动效率高。根据应用效果来看,优化后的采煤机截割部的润滑和冷却系统,进一步提升了采煤机性能及生产效率。
In order to improve the performance and system reliability of the cutting section of the coal miner, the design of the cutting section of the coal miner was optimized, and the traditional short-chain device was changed to a variable-speed cutting system using a permanent magnet synchronous motor, cutting drum, NGW reduction device and toothed chain. The NGW reducer and toothed chain are used for the short chain drive, which has high transmission efficiency. According to the application effect, the lubrication and cooling system of the cut-off section of the coal mining machine is optimised to further improve the performance and productivity of the coal mining machine.
