摘要
截齿作为采煤机截割作业过程中的关键部件,在截割煤壁过程中会受到巨大冲击力,产生剧烈振动,这种无规则振动会加剧截齿磨损破坏,基于此,为解决采煤机截割过程中的截齿过度磨损问题,建立仿真模型对影响采煤机截齿力学性能的各因素进行研究分析。从仿真结果来看,牵引速度与滚筒转速的变化对截齿受力变化影响显著,同时煤体中部夹矸情况下截齿受力幅值最大,说明采煤机出现截齿磨损是由于牵引速度及滚筒转速调速不当,或煤体中部夹矸碰撞造成的。
As a key component in the cutting process of coal mining machine,the cut-off teeth will be subject to huge impact force and violent vibration during the cutting process of coal wall,and this kind of irregular vibration will aggravate the wear and damage of the cut-off teeth.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of excessive wear of the cut--off teeth in the cutting process of the coal mining machine,we set up a simulation model to study and analyse the factors afecting the mechanical performance of the cut--off teeth of the coal mining machine.From the simulation results,the change of traction speed and drum speed has a significant effect on the change of tooth force,and at the same time,the amplitude of tooth force is the largest in the middle of the coal body,which indicates that the wear of the tooth in the coal mining machine is due to the improper speed regulation of traction speed and drum speed,or the collision of the middle of the coal body with the gangue.
