摘要
根据单齿截割阻力谱隐含着煤岩破碎性信息以及截齿与煤岩作用的机理,辨识出采煤机滚筒破碎煤岩的截割阻力,提出了基于单截齿截割阻力试验谱、截齿截割规律及工作参数来确定滚筒瞬时截割阻力的新方法,建立滚筒截割阻力试验-理论综合模型,给出了截割阻力模型的3种算法。模拟结果表明:截割阻力的特征和量值均有很好的复合度,反映出了煤岩破碎内在的规律。
Based on coal crashing information and mechanism acting on coal and pick hiding in single pick cutting resistance spectrum,recognized the cutting resistance spectrum of crashing coal by shearer drum and proposed a new method to determinate the instantaneous cutting resistance of drum based on a pick cutting experimental spectrum,pick cutting rules and operating parameters.Established a model called integrated experiment with theory of drum cutting resistance and offered three algorithms of cutting resistance model.The results prove better coincidence in characteristics and values of cutting resistance and reveal broken coal internal pattern.
