摘要
针对国内外运载火箭分离技术进行系统研究,具体包含助推分离、级间分离、整流罩分离及有效载荷分离等四类形式。结合非火工分离机构技术发展需求,从连接形式与驱动能源两个方面对分离机构技术进行综合分析,对比分析了各分离机构技术特点,并对非火工分离机构产品发展趋势进行研究展望,旨在为运载火箭非火工分离机构技术创新与产品系统性发展提供参考。
The launch vehicle separation technology at home and abroad is systematically studied,including booster separation,interstage separation,fairing separation and payload separation.Combined with the technical development needs of non-pyrotechnic separation mechanism,the technology of separation mechanism is comprehensively analyzed from two aspects of the connection form and driving energy.The technical characteristics of each mechanism are compared and analyzed,and the development trend of non-pyrotechnic separation mechanism product is researched and prospected,aiming at providing reference for the technological innovation and product systemic development of non-pyrotechnic separation mechanisms of launch vehicle.
