摘要
目的:分析在手术室护生临床教学中实施成果导向教育模式的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年1月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院手术室实习护生40名为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各20名。对照组实施常规教学方法,观察组实施成果导向教育模式。比较两组带教满意度及综合评分。结果:观察组对专业度、教学能力、问题解决、管理能力、协调能力、文献检索、论文指导、就业指导的带教满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论知识、实践操作、思维评判、学习能力、护理诊断、护理态度、论文写作、协调沟通评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:成果导向教育模式在手术室护生临床教学中的应用效果显著,可提升护生综合能力及带教满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of results-oriented education mode in clinical teaching of nursing students in operating room.Methods:A total of 40 nursing students in the operating room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random lottery method,with 20 students in each group.The control group applied the conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the results-oriented education mode.The teaching satisfaction and comprehensive scores in two groups were compared.Results:The teaching satisfactions for professionalism degree,teaching ability,problem solving,management ability,coordination ability,literature retrieval,thesis guidance,and career guidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,thinking evaluation,learning ability,nursing diagnosis,nursing attitude,thesis writing,coordination and communication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of results-oriented education mode in clinical teaching of nursing students in operating room is significant,it can improve the comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing students.
