摘要
目的探讨学生需求构建手供一体化新的培训模式后对提高手术室护生手术器械管理能力影响。方法对在手术室实习的护生进行岗前器械供应等相关知识的调查问卷,围绕学习需求构建手供一体化培训模式,增加与手术器械管理相关的培训课程、实施以专科器械为重点的多样化临床培训、利用手供一体化的平台教学资源共享、角色转换等;采取自我评价的方式,护生在培训前后对器械管理相关知识岗前需求程度、熟悉程度来评价岗前培训的重要性和效果。结果实习前、后两组人员都认为需要岗前培训,培训后的人数更高于培训前,培训后对器械熟悉程度提高了65.96%,对灭菌方法掌握提高了48.51%,学生、手术医生、教师满意度分别提高了100%、44.68%和48.94%。结论基于学生需求构建的手供一体化器械培训模式,结合了手术室专科特点,量身打造护生的教学目标,深度与广度相结合,针对性更强,通过专业课程资源共享机制,解决手术室临床带教实际问题,提高了手术室护生的临床综合能力和自主学习能力,培养专业性、综合性、实用型护理人才,实现了教学双赢。
Objective To explore the influence of students'demand to build a new training mode of integrated hand supply on improving surgical instrument management ability of nursing students in the operating room.Methods To pre-service internship nurses in the operating room equipment supply and other related knowledge questionnaire,around learning build demand for integrated model of training,increase surgical instruments management related training course,implementation,with emphasis on the specialized equipment,diversified clinical training,the use of hand for the integration of teaching resources sharing platform,role transformation,etc.;the importance and effect of pre-job training were evaluated by the self-evaluation method,and the degree of pre-job demand and familiarity of equipment management knowledge of nursing students before and after the training.Results Before and after the practice,the two groups of staff thought that the need of pre-job training,the number of people after the training was higher than before the training,the training of equipment familiarity increased by 65.96%,the sterilization method master increased by 48.51%,students,surgeons,teachers satisfaction increased by 100%,44.68%and 48.94%,respectively.Conclusion Based on the student needs to construct hand instrument training model for integration,specialized subject characteristic,the combination of the operating room to tailor the teaching aim of nursing students,combining the depth and breadth,more targeted,through professional curriculum resource sharing mechanism,solve the problem of clinical teaching actual operating room,improve the operating room nursing students clinical comprehensive ability and autonomous learning ability,cultivate professional,comprehensive and practical nursing talents,to achieve the win-win.
