摘要
高校作为培养人才、发展科技的主力军,在国家创新体系中发挥着重要作用,是推动科技创新、促进我国实现高质量发展的重要动力。通过文献分析,构建我国高校科技创新能力影响因素模型,并运用PLS-DEMATEL方法对各个因素的重要度和类型进行探讨。结果显示:各因素重要程度排序依次为科技经费、人才资源、科技物力、创新产出、国际交流合作,其中人才资源、科技经费、国际交流合作为原因型因素,科技物力和创新产出为结果型因素。
As the main force to train talents and develop science and technology,colleges and universities play an important role in national innovation system.They are the important impetus to promote science and technology innovation and promote our high-quality development.Based on literature analysis,this paper establishes a model of influencing factors of Chinese university science and technology innovation ability,and probes into the importance and types of each factor by PLS-DEMATEL method.The results show that the ranking of importance of each factor is science and technology fund、human resources、science and technology material resources、innovation output、international exchange and cooperation.Human resources,science and technology fund and international exchange and cooperation are cause-type factors,and science and technology material resources and innovation output are result-type factors.
