摘要
随着中小学研学旅行活动的兴起,为充分发挥研学旅行的育人功能,研学旅行课程建设和教育性价值发挥的相关研究成为学界研究热点。与此同时,面对行业的人才需求,研学旅行专业人才培养实践经验已有初步积累,但人才教育发展尚有较大潜力。利用Citespace软件对CNKI数据库中2017年1月至2022年9月的文献进行计量可视化分析,对现有的研学旅行人才培养问题进行全面梳理,以把握研学旅行人才培养领域的最新研究动态、领域和趋势,为相关领域的学者提供研究新方向。为对研学旅行专业人才培养教育教学工作精准施策,发挥研学旅行在中小学教育中的育人本体功能,提出加强研学专业人才培养效果的实证研究;深化研学旅行人才培养规格的理论建设;在行业不同类的细分市场下,加强研学旅行特色课程建设研究;注重课程思政和社会主义核心价值观与研学活动的融合能力培养研究;从研学旅行的教育本体功能出发,树立研学人才的职业观。
With the rise of educational travel in primary and secondary schools,in order to give full play to its educational function,the research on the construction of educationaltravel courses and the exertion of its value has become a research hotspot in academic circles.At the same time,in the face of the talent demand of the industry,the practical experience of professional talent training for educationaltravel industry has been initially accumulated,but the development of talent education still has great potential.Citespace software is used to carry out quantitative and visual analysis of the literature in CNKI database from January 2017 to September 2022,and comprehensively sort out the existing talent training problems for educationaltravel industry,so as to grasp the latest research trendsin the field of talent training issues for educationaltravel industry.It has provided new research directions and decision-making references for scholars in this field.In order to implement precise policies for the education and teaching work of training professional talents in educational travel,and give full play to the educational function of research travel in primary and secondary education,this paper proposes to scholars to dedicate more to empirical research on the effect of professional talents’cultivation;deepen the theoretical construction of the requirements on professional talents’quality for the study travel industry;strengthen the construction and optimization of curriculum system according to different and detailing market segments for the educationaltravel industry;focus on the research on the professional talents’integrating capability of combining educational travel curriculum with ideology and politics and socialist core values;based on study travel’s educational function,establish professional view and career value perspective for professional talents who take the education travel.
