摘要
新经济、新技术、新业态推动了财会行业转型升级,大数据分析与处理等能力已成为高职院校财会类专业人才培养的核心能力。为提升财会类专业人才培养的适应性,本文从改革的必要性出发,在深入分析岗位需求及人才培养变化的基础上,提出高职财会类专业应从人才培养规格的重构、专业课程体系的设计、师资队伍的建设、实训环境的完善等方面推进人才培养模式改革。
The new economy,new technology and new formats have promoted the transformation and upgrading of the finance and accounting industry,and the ability of big data analysis and processing has become the core ability of finance and accounting professionals training in higher vocational institutes.In order to improve the adaptability of personnel training for finance and accounting majors,this paper,starting from the necessity of reform and based on in-depth analysis of job demands and personnel training changes,proposes that finance and accounting majors in higher vocational institutes should promote the reform of personnel training mode from the reconstruction of personnel training specifications,the design of professional curriculum system,the construction of teachers and the improvement of practical training environment.
