摘要
目的 观察在ICU新入职护士临床培训带教中实施视频反馈教学法结合情景互动模式的教学效果。方法 将2018年8月—2021年8月于建湖县人民医院重症医学科接受管理岗前培训的86名ICU新入职护士,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组各43名,对照组实施视频反馈教学法,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施情景互动模式,于培训结束前1 d比较两组临床核心能力,并使用评判性思维能力量表(CCTDI)和临床演练评估量表(Mini-CEX),分别测评两组新入职护士思维能力量表评分和临床演练量表评分。结果 观察组培训护士的临床核心能力、CCTDI量表评分及Mini-CEX量表评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施视频反馈教学法结合情景互动模式能够最大程度上提升ICU新入职护士临床核心能力,提高护理人员的管理能力和临床核心能力。
Objective To observe the teaching effect of video feedback teaching method combined with situational interaction mode in the clinical training of new nurses in ICU.Methods 86 new ICU nurses who received pre-service training in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Jianhu County People's Hospital from August 2018 to August 2021 were divided into 43 nurses in the control group and 43 nurses in the observation group according to the principle of the comparability of basic characteristics between the groups,and the control group implemented the video feedback teaching method,the observation group implemented the situational interaction mode on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were compared 1 d before the end of training.One day before the end of the training,the clinical core competencies of the two groups were compared,and the California critical thinking disposition inventory(CCTDI)and mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX)were used to measure the scores on the Thinking Competency Inventory and Clinical Exercise Scale of the two groups of new nurses,respectively.Results The clinical core competence,CCTDI and Mini-CEX scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the video feedback teaching method combined with the scenario interactive mode can maximally improve the clinical core competence of ICU new nurses,and improve the management ability and clinical core competence of nursing staff.
