摘要
海藻多糖是海藻的主要组成成分,近年来受到国内外学者的高度重视,研究发现,海藻多糖结构复杂,具有多种生理活性,尤其具备显著的抗病毒活性。本文主要对国内外海藻多糖的抗病毒活性和相关作用机制研究进展进行总结,并对海藻多糖混合物的分离纯化方式进行总结和整理,以期为海藻多糖抗病毒活性的研究提供发展方向,并对关键性问题提供建议,促进海藻多糖在抗病毒新药研发方面发挥更重要的作用。
Seaweed polysaccharide is the main component of seaweed.In recent years,it has been deeply valued by scholars at home and abroad.Seaweed polysaccharide has complex structure and various physiological activities,especially significant antiviral activity.This paper mainly summarized the research progress in the antiviral activity of seaweed polysaccharides and related mechanism at home and abroad,and summarized the separation and purification methods of seaweed polysaccharide mixtures.We aim to provide reference for the study of the antiviral activity of seaweed polysaccharide and determine its important role in the development of new antiviral drugs.
