摘要
越来越多的学者们关注到了教师领导力的重要性,可以说教师领导力是教师角色变迁的产物,也是教师素质结构的新晋构成要素。首先明确了教师领导力的内涵、构成要素以及影响因素,在此基础上分析了学术共同体视角下教师领导力的现实必要性,随后提出了高校教师领导力的构建思路,为日后的相关研究提供了理论基础。
In recent years,more and more scholars have paid attention to the importance of teacher leadership.It can be said that teacher leadership is the product of the change of teacher’s role,and also the new component of teacher’s quality structure.This study first clarifies the connotation,constituent elements and influencing factors of teacher leadership,and then analyzes the practical necessity of teacher leadership from the perspective of academic community,and then puts forward the construction ideas of university teacher leadership,which provides a theoretical basis for future research.
