摘要
目的梳理人工智能在医疗质量管理中的应用现状和效果。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普、Web of Science、Pub Med等数据库近10年文献,并制定纳入和排除标准进行筛选。结果最终纳入18篇文献。在再入院中,智能随访系统和预测模型的应用明显降低非计划再入院风险;在医院获得性感染中,人工智能辅助感染监测系统对潜在医院获得性感染患者的召回率高;在患者安全中,患者安全事件分类和评估平台自动分析医疗事件报告潜力巨大;在合理用药中,智能处方推荐和审核系统提高处方合格率和降低用药成本;在手术并发症中,手术辅助系统全过程干预显著地减少手术并发症;在住院死亡率中,人工智能算法模型比传统评分方法的预测结果更准确;在医院运行管理中,人工智能技术辅助医院实现就医流程的再改造,提高运行效率和患者满意度。结论人工智能技术赋能医疗质量提高已有不错的落地应用,有效改善了医疗安全和患者治疗效果。
Objective Sorting out the current status and effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence in medical quality management.Methods The system searched the CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP,Web of Science and Pub Med databases in the past 10 years,and develop inclusion and exclusion criteria for screening.Results A total of 18 literatures were eventually included.In readmission,the application of intelligent follow-up systems and predictive models had significantly reduced the risk of unplanned readmission;In hospital-acquired infections,the AI-assisted infection surveillance system had a high recall rate for patients with potential hospital-acquired infections;In patient safety,the patient safety event classification and assessment platform had great potential to automatically analyse medical event reports;In rational drug use,the intelligent prescription recommendation and review system im⁃proved prescription adherence rates;In surgical complications,surgical assist system interventions throughout the procedure significantly reduce surgical complications;in in-hospital mortality,AI algorithm models provide more ac⁃curate predictions than traditional scoring methods.In hospital operations and management,AI technology assists hospitals in upgrading and re-engineering their access processes,improving hospital operational efficiency and pa⁃tient satisfaction.Conclusion Artificial intelligence technology had been used to improve medical quality,effectively improving healthcare safety,operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
