摘要
目的:分析利用人工智能技术和智能手机应用进行危急值管理流程优化的实践效果。方法:依托信息化平台建设契机,对现有危急值管理流程进行优化,构建医院危急值个性化管理平台。结果:医院危急值个性化管理平台应用后,危急值患者的开始干预时间显著缩短,及时干预率和干预成功率明显提高。结论:将人工智能和智能手机技术与医院现有危急值管理流程相结合,对于提升医院的医疗服务质量,实现医院精细化管理有着很好的促进和保障作用。
Objective:This paper analyzes the practical effect of using artificial intelligence and smart phone application to optimize critical value management process.Methods:Based on the opportunity of the existing information platform construction,our hospital optimized the current critical value management process and built a hospital critical value management system based on smart phone.Results:The critical value management system based on smart phones has greatly improved the critical value management level of our hospital,and the critical value handling ratio and efficiency have been greatly improved compared with previous years.Conclusion:The combination of smart phone technology and existing hospital management process plays a good role in promoting and ensuring the improvement of hospital medical service quality and the realization of hospital fine management.
