人工智能在食管癌诊疗中的应用:现状与未来展望

摘要 人工智能是对各种数据进行识别及推理的各种技术的总称。在诊断方面,人工智能常常与组学相结合来识别食管癌的特征性改变,包括影像组学、生物标志物组学、病理组学等。在治疗方面,人工智能对手术、放化疗、免疫及靶向治疗,甚至药物的研发都有着积极的促进作用。在未来,人工智能将在食管癌的诊疗中扮演越来越重要的角色。 This article primarily discusses the application of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of esoph⁃ageal cancer.Artificial intelligence refers to a range of technologies that identify and reason various data types.In diagnosis,artificial intelligence is often combined with omics,including radiomics,biomarker omics,pathomics,and more,to identify characteristic changes in esophageal cancer.In terms of treatment,artificial intelligence plays a positive role in surgery,chemoradiotherapy,immunotherapy,targeted ther⁃apy,and even in the development of new drugs.In the future,artificial intelligence is expected to play an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.
