摘要
翻转课堂的教学模式不同于传统教学,秉承“先学后教,以学生为主导”的教学理念,是进行教学改革的有效手段之一。根据细胞工程的课程特点,以教学设计、教学内容及方法、教学考核等多种方式为导向,利用慕课、微课和雨课堂等先进的教学工具,围绕翻转课堂混合式教学为理念,对细胞工程教学模式进行改革创新。利用翻转课堂的教学优势,使学生成为课堂主体,有效提高学生的学习兴趣和知识的吸收内化,提升学生的创新能力和团队协作能力,为社会培养出更多的高素质创新型人才。
Unlike traditional teaching,flipped classroom is an effective way of teaching reform,holding the spirit of“learn first to teach behind,and student-directed teaching model”.According to the characteristics of cell engineering,on the basis of flipped classroom,the exploration and innovation are carrying on in teaching model,such as guiding by accurate design,variable teaching content and methods,assessment after teaching,using MOOC,micro class and rain class and other advanced teaching tools.Taking advantage of the flipped classroom,students are becoming the main body in the class,which effectively enhance students interest in learning and absorption of knowledge,and improve students’innovation and teamwork ability,in order to cultivate more high-quality and innovative talents to the society.
