媒介可供性视角下生成式人工智能ChatGPT应用于出版业的对策研究 被引量:10

Countermeasure Research on the Application of Generative Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT in the Publishing Industry from the Perspective of Media Affordance

摘要 通过研究生成式人工智能ChatGPT在出版业中的应用,对可能产生的问题进行反思,并提出应对策略。文章基于媒介可供性视角,论述了ChatGPT在出版的内容生产、读者的数字交往和出版物的销售传播环节的具体应用,并从生产可供性、社交可供性和移动可供性出发,分析ChatGPT应用于出版业可能存在的问题并提出对策与建议。指出媒介可供性视角下ChatGPT应用于出版业可能存在的主要问题,包括:在生产可供性方面,存在内容错误、著作权保护争议和内容质量不稳定等问题;在社交可供性方面,存在易产生身份危机、情感联结较为脆弱和交往联结较为薄弱等问题;在移动可供性方面,存在互联网巨头权力中心化加剧、输出结果含固有误差和个人隐私安全缺乏保障等问题。并从提高ChatGPT内容生成质量、理性实践数字交往和加强数据安全与个人隐私保护等三个方面提出具有针对性的对策与建议,以助力出版产业的健康发展。 By studying the application of generative artificial intelligence ChatGPT in the publishing industry,this study aims to reflect on the potential issues and propose the corresponding strategies.This paper analyzes the application of ChatGPT in the content production in publishing,readers’digital interaction,and the sales and dissemination of publications from the perspective of media affordance,analyzes the problems of the application of ChatGPT in the publishing industry from the perspectives of production affordances,social affordances,and mobile affordances,and makes suggestions.The results indicate that the main potential problems brought by the application of ChatGPT in the publishing industry from the perspective of media affordance include:in terms of production affordances,there are issues such as content errors,copyright protection problems,and content quality issues;in terms of social affordances,there are issues such as identity crisis and weak emotional and social connections;in terms of mobile affordances,there are issues such as intensified centralization of power by network giants,inherent errors in output results,and infringement of individual privacy.Therefore,this paper proposes feasible measures and suggestions from three aspects:improving the content quality produced by ChatGPT,taking rational treatment of digital interaction,and strengthening data security and individual privacy protection,so as to help the healthy development of the publishing industry.
