摘要
在常温型套筒灌浆料的基础上引入复合水泥,通过正交试验和单因素试验探究了各组分对低温型套筒灌浆料工作性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当硫铝酸盐水泥、高铝水泥、石膏、硅灰掺量分别占胶凝材料的30%、20%、6%、4%,并外掺0.05%碳酸锂、0.25%硼酸、0.02%消泡剂以及0.02%膨胀剂时,制得的低温型套筒灌浆料初始流动度为316 mm,30 min流动度为291mm,-1、-3、(-7+21)d抗压强度分别为55.15、68.20、99.08 MPa,符合JG/T 408—2019《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》的要求。
Composite cement was introduced on the basis of normal temperature sleeve grouting material,and the effects of each component on the working performance and mechanical properties of low temperature sleeve grouting material were explored by orthogonal test and univariate test in turn.The experimental results show that:When sulphoaluminate cement,high alumina cement,gypsum and silica fume account for 30%,20%,6%and 4%of the cementing material respectively,and 0.05%lithium carbonate,0.25%boric acid,0.02%defoamer and 0.02%expansion agent are added,the low temperature sleeve grouting material with initial fluidity of 316 mm,30 min fluidity of 291 mm,and-1,-3,and(-7+21)d compressive strengths of 55.15,68.2 and 99.08 MPa can be prepared,meeting the standard JG/T 408—2019"Sleeve Grouting for Rebar Connections".
