Discussion on feasibility of post-grouting method in winter construction

摘要 根据《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ1—2014)[1]相关要求:灌浆施工时,环境温度不应低于5℃;当连接部位养护温度低于10℃时,应采取加热保温措施。因此,按规范要求在进行冬季施工时应采取可靠措施。目前,装配式混凝土建筑(含竖向构件预制)冬季施工的方法一般有两种。第一种为采用低温灌浆料加现场环境温度控制措施;第二种为后灌浆的施工方法。对两种方法进行了介绍分析,重点对后灌浆法可行性进行了探讨。 According to the relevant requirements of Technical regulations for prefabricated concrete structures(JGJ 1—2014):during grouting,the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5℃;when the curing temperature of the connection part is lower than 10℃,heating and insulation measures should be taken.Therefore,in accordance with the requirements of the code,reliable measures should be taken during winter construction.At present,there are generally two methods for constructing prefabricated concrete buildings(including vertical component prefabrication)in winter.The first method is to use low temperature grouting plus on-site ambient temperature control measures;the second method is to apply post-grouting.The two methods were introduced and analyzed,focusing on the feasibility of post-grouting method.
