摘要
利用硅酸盐水泥和激发剂制备可以在-5~5℃使用的低温型灌浆料,并对其竖向膨胀率、流动性、抗压强度等主要性能进行测试分析。结果表明,在低负温条件下,该灌浆料流动性良好,可操作时间充足,水化凝结迅速,4 h抗压强度达35 MPa以上,3 d抗压强度达60 MPa以上,膨胀率、泌水率等性能指标均符合JG/T 408—2013《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》的要求。
This article mainly studies the development of low temperature sleeve grout which can be used at -5 ℃ to 5 ℃ by using Portland cement and activator. And its major performance such as vertical expansion rate,fluidity,compressive strength were tested and analyzed. The result showed that under low negative temperature conditions,the grouting material has good fluidity,sufficient operation time,rapid hydration and coagulation. The compressive was up to 35 MPa and 60 MPa at 4 hour and 3 day,respectively. At the same time,the expansion rate,bleeding rate are in line with JG/T 408—2013 standard of Cementitious grout for coupler of rebar splicing.
