摘要 负温套筒灌浆料可以满足冬季预制构件灌浆连接的施工要求,矿物掺合料对负温套筒灌浆料性能具有积极影响。为了改善负温套筒灌浆料的性能,在常温套筒灌浆料研究的基础上,确定了负温套筒灌浆料的基本配比,并研究了矿粉、粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物掺合料对负温套筒灌浆料初始流动度、30min流动度和1d、3d、28d抗压与抗折强度的影响。结果表明,三种矿物掺合料对负温套筒灌浆料性能的影响程度为硅灰>矿粉>粉煤灰。 Negative temperature sleeve grouting material can meet the construction requirements of winter pre- fabricated grouting connection. Mineral admixtures have positive effects on the performance of negative temperature sleeve grouting material. In order to improve the performance of the sleeve of the grouting material, the basic proportion of mixture of negative temperature sleeve grouting material is researched on the basis of room temperature sleeve grouting material. And then the effect of the slag powder, fly ash, and silicon ash on initial fluidity and fluidity of 30min and 1d, 3d and 28d compressive strength and flexural strength are researched systematically. The results show that the influence of the three kinds of mineral admixtures on the properties of negative temperature sleeve grouting material are silicon ash 〉 slag powder 〉 fly ash.
