摘要
通过模拟连通腔法灌浆过程的试验,确定套筒灌浆的缺陷形式,并以此为基础,采用电阻法监测钢筋套筒连接灌浆饱满度并进行对比试验研究。结果表明:电阻法可有效且准确地对套筒灌浆饱满度进行实时监测,为装配式混凝土结构施工过程中检测套筒灌浆质量提供了一种可靠方法。
By simulating the experimental study of the grouting process of the connected cavity method, the defect type of the sleeve grouting was determined. Based on this, the comparative test of the grouting connections was carried out by the electric resistance method. The results show that the electric resistance method can be used as an effective and accurate real-time monitoring method of the sleeve grout compactness which provides a reliable method for monitoring the quality of the sleeve grout in the construction of the prefabricated concrete structure.
