重晶石改性钢筋套筒灌浆料对X射线检测灌浆缺陷效果影响研究

摘要 利用X射线成像技术检测装配式建筑钢筋套筒连接部分灌浆质量,当前存在灌浆缺陷部分与灌浆饱满部分的X射线衬度接近,无法快速准确判断灌浆质量的问题。为提高灌浆缺陷与灌浆密实部分X射线成像下的对比度与检测效果,在灌浆料中掺入0~15%重晶石替代灌浆料作为X射线吸收组分,提高射线检测图像中灌浆料与灌浆缺陷之间的对比度差异。首先研究了重晶石对灌浆料流动度、抗压强度、竖向膨胀率、水化产物组成的影响。随后采用数字射线成像技术(DR)对灌浆缺陷和灌浆密实部分之间的灰度值开展研究,并提出采用图像中ROI区域灰度值标准差作为评判标准。对灌浆饱满与含有横向灌浆缺陷的灌浆套筒在无混凝土遮挡及280mm混凝土墙遮挡条件下,不同检测电压下的缺陷识别能力进行研究,结果表明,将重晶石加入灌浆料能够大幅提高X射线检测灌浆缺陷的效果,且重晶石掺量越高,对缺陷识别能力越强。在无混凝土遮挡条件下,最佳检测电压为190kV;在有280mm混凝土遮挡条件下,最佳检测电压为300kV。研究了重晶石对灌浆料抗压强度等服役性能的影响,结果表明掺入5%~15%重晶石的灌浆料的服役性能均优于国家标准。研究结果从灌浆料材料改性方面为X射线检测套筒灌浆缺陷技术应用提供了参考. X-ray imaging technology is used to detect the grouting quality of the reinforced sleeve connection part of the prefabricated building.At present,the X-ray contrast between the grouting defect part and the grouting full part is close,and the grouting quality cannot be judged quickly and accurately.In this paper,in order to improve the contrast and detection effect of X-ray imaging of grouting defects and grouting dense parts,0~15%barite was added to the grouting material as an X-ray absorption component to improve the contrast difference between the grouting material and the grouting defects in the X-ray detection image.Firstly,the effects of barite on the fluidity,compressive strength,vertical expansion rate and hydration product composition of grouting material were studied.Subsequently,Digital Radiography(DR)was used to study the gray value between the grouting defect and the grouting dense part,and the standard deviation of the gray value of the ROI region in the image was proposed as the evaluation standard.The defect recognition ability of grouting sleeve with full grouting and transverse grouting defects under different detection voltages without concrete shielding and 280 mm concrete wall shielding was studied.The results show that adding barite to grouting material can greatly improve the effect of X-ray detection of grouting defects,and the higher the barite content,the stronger the defect recognition ability.Under the condition of no concrete shielding,the best detection voltage is 190 kV;under the condition of 280 mm concrete shielding,the best detection voltage is 300 kV.The effect of barite on the service performance of grouting material such as compressive strength was studied.The results show that the service performance of grouting material with 5%~15%barite is better than that of national standard.
