摘要
装配式建筑是国家大力推行建筑工业化的载体之一,预制构件的现场施工质量是保证整体建筑质量的关键。本文将装配式构件施工过程划分为五个阶段,识别并统计各阶段的质量问题及发生频率,分析各阶段质量问题发生的原因,并提出改进措施,为推动装配式建筑质量管理体系的建立健全提供了参考。
Prefabricated building is one of the carriers that our country vigorously promotes the construction industrialization. The construction quality of prefabricated components is the key to ensure the overall construction quality. This paper divides the construction process of prefabricated components into five stages, identifies and counts the quality problems and occurrence frequency in each stage, analyzes the causes of quality problems in each stage, and puts forward improvement measures, which provides reference for promoting the establishment and improvement of prefabricated building quality management system.
