装配式建筑施工质量影响因素分析

摘要 装配式建筑是推动建筑工程产业化发展的有效途径,然而在施工过程中所出现的质量问题影响项目的良好实施。基于层次分析法和ISM基本原理,通过专家问卷和案例分析筛选出装配式建筑在实施过程中的16个影响质量的主要因素,通过设立权重和划分层次,分析各因素对装配式建筑质量影响程度的大小,为制定质量保障措施提供依据。结果表明:转换层定位钢筋安装、预制墙体安装、叠合板和预埋螺栓安装、封口注浆作业对项目整体质量影响较大,现场施工组织是根本问题中最重要的因素。 Improving prefabricated buildings represents an effective means of promoting the industrialization of construction engineering,with construction quality playing a pivotal role in the successful implementation of projects.A total of 16 main factors affecting the quality of prefabricated buildings in the implementation process were identified through expert questionnaires and case studies.The magnitude of the influence of each factor on the quality of prefabricated buildings was then analyzed by setting up weights and hierarchical levels.This provided a basis for the development of quality assurance measures.The results indicate that the installation of locating reinforcement bars in the conversion layer,the installation of prefabricated walls,the installation of laminated panels and pre-embedded bolts,and the sealing and grouting operation have a greater impact on the overall quality of the project.Additionally,the on-site construction organization is identified as the most important factor.
