摘要
装配式结构施工已逐渐成为建筑业施工的主流。而装配式结构施工存在的质量问题也逐步显露出来。分析、控制装配式施工质量问题,也就成为装配式结构施工中至关重要的一环。本文主要从预制构件的预制构件外观质量缺陷、预制构件尺寸偏差、结构实测数据不合格、预制构件结连接效果不佳等几方面来阐述质量问题;通过大量搜罗、分析对比,记录现场预制构件施工中存在的质量问题,并总结出相应的质量管控措施。
Prefabricated structure construction has gradually become the mainstream of construction in the construction industry.The quality issues in the construction of prefabricated structures have gradually emerged.Analyzing and controlling the quality issues of prefabricated construction has become a crucial aspect in the construction of prefabricated structures.This article mainly elaborates on quality issues from several aspects such as appearance quality defects,size deviation,unqualified structural measurement data,and poor connection effect of prefabricated components,and through extensive search,analysis and comparison,records the quality problems existing in the construction of prefabricated components on site,and summarizes the corresponding quality control measures.
