摘要
以UEA膨胀剂为膨胀源,制备了单掺UEA及双掺UEA和硅灰石粉的两种水泥基灌浆料试样,并对其竖向膨胀率、流动度和强度等指标进行了测试与分析。试验结果表明,UEA可使水泥基灌浆料获得足够的膨胀值,但其强度、流动度随UEA掺量的增加而降低;与单掺UEA试样相比,掺加硅灰石粉可对试样的膨胀产生一定的约束,明显提高灌浆料的强度,但流动度有所下降。
The two kinds of cement grout material were prepared with UEA expanding agent as the source of expanding.The one was doped with UEA,and the other was doped with UEA and Wollastonite powders.The value of expansion coefficient,fluidity and strength were obtained by the standard experiment methods.The results showed that UEA was able to make the cement grout materials obtain adequate expansion,but the strength and the fluidity decreased with increasing the ratio of UEA.Compared to the specimen doped with UEA,the expansibility was restrained, the strengths were improved and the fluidity was cut down by doping Wollastonite powders.
