摘要
随着新一轮科技革命推动下农业产业变革的加速发展,国家全面实施新农科建设战略。持续拓展农科人才培养的内涵与外延,培养更多具有“大国三农”情怀、“知农爱农”素养的新型农业人才成为农科高校和涉农高校面临的时代使命和重大课题。针对现代农业产业需求及传统农业工程人才培养教育理念相对滞后、教学内容更新缓慢、产学研互相脱节、教学模式单一化等一系列问题。以新农科建设为契机,构建了新农科背景下农业工程专业人才培养模式,为高校教学改革和服务社会主义新农村建设提供一定的参考价值。
With the accelerated development of agricultural industry reform driven by the new round of scientific and technological revolution,the country has fully implemented the new agricultural science construction strategy.Continuing to expand the connotation and extension of agricultural talent training,and cultivating more new agricultural talents with the feelings of“big country,three rural areas”and the quality of“knowing and loving agriculture”have become the era mission and major task facing agricultural colleges and universities.Aiming at a series of problems such as the demand of modern agricultural industry and the relatively backward education concept of traditional agricultural engineering talent training,the slow updating of teaching content,the separation of production,teaching and research,and the simplification of teaching mode.Taking the construction of the new agricultural science as an opportunity,the cultivation mode of agricultural engineering professionals under the background of the new agricultural science is constructed,which provides certain reference value for the teaching reform of colleges and universities and the construction of the new socialist countryside.
