摘要
TBM施工具有快速、高效、安全等优点,但同时存在施工断面小、地质岩石复杂多变、转弯半径超小等施工难点。重点以浙江永嘉抽水蓄能项目进厂交通洞TBM在30m超小半径曲线施工为例,对超小半径段TBM硬岩掘进施工、掘进参数及刀盘进行深入研究,总结出刀盘高转速、低贯入度,掘进高推力、低扭矩的掘进参数选取原则,研究出加强刀具与围岩适应性,合理选择刀具,采用调整刀盘刮板座结构、易损件改用耐磨材料、优化刀盘喷水结构等刀盘升级措施保证刀盘刀具使用寿命。形成了一套超小半径段TBM硬岩掘进参数及刀盘研究施工技术。
TBM construction has the advantages of fast,efficient and safe,but at the same time,there are construction difficulties such as small construction section,complex and changeable geology and rocks,and ultra-small turning radius.This paper focuses on taking the construction of the access tunnel TBM of the Yongjia pumped storage project in Zhejiang Province in the 30 m ultra-small radius curve as an example,conducts in-depth research on the hard rock tunneling construction,tunneling parameters and Cutterhead of the ultra-small radius section TBM,summarizes the selection principles of the tunneling parameters of high rotation speed,low penetration,high thrust and low torque of the cutterhead Wear resistant materials are used for vulnerable parts,and water spray structure of cutter head is optimized to ensure the service life of cutter head and cutter.A set of ultra-small radius TBM hard rock tunneling parameters and cutter head research construction technology has been formed.
