摘要
为了研究中铁工程装备集团有限公司自主研制的首台 TBM的各项技术特点与工程适应性,结合 TBM在引松供水工程总干线四标段的掘进施工情况,分析了 TBM掘进地层特点以及主要设计参数。引松供水工程四标段掘进岩层复杂多变,富含大量断层破碎地层以及风化灰岩地层,部分地层岩石强度大且石英含量高,对 TBM刀盘及刀具要求极高,TBM刀盘面板采用270 mm 厚板设计,且刀座基座直接在刀盘面板上加工而成,刀具按非线性方式布置且刀间距控制在82~90 mm;设计了有效的 TBM初期支护系统和材料运输平台,并且搭载了激发极化超前地质预报系统。工程掘进结果表明:该台 TBM刀盘设计可靠性强且能保证高效破岩,创造了最高月进尺1226 m、日进尺70.8 m 的优异成绩,TBM在不良地质下支护高效快速,超前地质探测结果可靠,各系统运行情况良好。
The characteristics and main design parameters of large-diameter hard rock TBMused in No.4 Bid Section of the Songhua River Water Conveyance Project are analyzed.The rock strata of the project are complicate;there are many fracture zones and limestone and quartz locally;and it requires high-performance of TBM cutterhead and cutting tools. As a result,the TBMcutterhead is manufactured by 270 mm thickness plate;the nonlinear distance among cutting tools is 82 -90 mm;effective primary supporting system and material transportation platform are designed;and advance geology prediction system is adopted.The construction practice shows that the TBMcutterhead designed is reliable and high-efficient;the supporting efficiency of TBMin bad geological conditions is high;and the advance geology prediction results are reliable.
