摘要
根据全断面岩石隧道掘进机(TBM)盘形滚刀破岩的特点,采用光滑粒子流(SPH)方法和有限元方法混合建模,对TBM常截面(CCS)盘形滚刀破岩过程进行三维数值试验研究.得到了不同贯入度情况下滚刀破岩时受到的正压力、滚动力及其分布规律,并利用CSM模型对试验结果进行了验证.最后得到了盘形滚刀破岩接触区内压力的分布规律,为TBM盘形滚刀的设计及应用提供参考.
According to the rock-fragmentation features for disc hobbing cutters of tunnel boring machine(TBM),an integrated model is established based on smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)and finite element method.With 3D numerical experiments on constant cross-section(CCS)disc hobbing cutters,the normal and rolling forces,along with related distributions,are obtained regarding different penetration degrees.By verifying the experimental results via CSM model,the pressure distribution is attained in rockfragmentation contact zone of TBM disc hobbing cutters.Therefore,this approach sets a reference to relevant cutter design and application.
