摘要
针对黄陵二号煤矿矿区地质条件,从影响快速掘进的因素入手,采用鱼骨图的方式对影响快速掘进的6种直接要素、15种间接要素进行了关键性分析,并对关键性因素进行了逐一优化。对比传统掘进工艺正规循环,并行作业时间由不足25%提高至70%,锚杆支护工序时间平均降低30%以上。根据巷道围岩条件和支护强度,利用多排多臂支护工艺实现巷道锚杆支护的分布式空间布局。经工业性试验,5个月总进尺2 535.1 m,月均进尺603.8 m,大幅提高了掘进效率,符合煤矿“机械化换人,自动化减人”的要求。
In view of the geological conditions of Huangling No.2 coal mine,starting from the influential factors on rapid excavation,the critical analysis of 6 direct elements and 15 indirect elements affecting rapid excavation is carried out using the form of fishbone diagram,and the aforementioned key factors are optimized one by one.Compared with the normal cycle of traditional excavation process,parallel operation time is increased from less than 25%to 70%,and the anchor support process time is reduced by over 30%on average.According to the surrounding rock conditions and support strength of the roadway,the use of multi-row and multi-arm support process to achieve the distributed spatial layout of roadway anchor support.After industrial testing,the total advance of 2535.1 meters in five months,with the average monthly advance of 603.8 meters,greatly improving the excavation efficiency,in line with the overall requirements of coal mine’s“mechanized substitution for personnel,automated reduction in personnel”.
