摘要 针对快速掘进系统工作过程中设备间电缆容易被挤断的现象,根据巷道地质条件、工作面布置、掘进工艺过程以及快掘设备特点,设计了一种无需人工操作、看护的无动力拖缆、储缆装置。该拖缆装置具有储缆、拖缆无需外加动力,储缆机构模块化设计,拖缆长度可调等特点。解决了快速掘进系统设备间供电电缆挤断、压断问题,有效提高了设备开机率,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了作业安全性;可有效降低煤矿人工成本,提高掘进效率,为实现工作面的高效快速掘进提供了技术保障。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the cables between equipments are easy to be crushed and broken in the working process of the rapid tunneling system,according to the geological conditions of coal mine roadway,mining face layout,tunneling process and the characteristics of fast mine roadway tunneling equipments,a non-power towing cable and storage cable device without manual operation and manual care was designed.The towing cable device has the characteristics of storage cable,no external power for towing cable,modular design of storage cable mechanism and adjustable length of towing cable.It solves the problems of power supply cable crushing and breaking between equipments of rapid tunneling system,effectively improves equipment opening probability,reduces labor intensity of workers,and improves operation safety.It can effectively reduce labor cost of coal mine,improve tunneling efficiency,and provide technical guarantee for realizing efficient and rapid tunneling of coal mining face.
