摘要
针对采煤机拖缆装置性能差、故障频繁、安全性低等问题,从材料、加工、连接方式等方面重新对MG250/600-QWD型采煤机拖缆装置结构进行优化改进。将优化改进后的拖缆装置运用于现场试验,试验表明优化改进后的拖缆装置性能更加优良,对煤矿实现机械化、自动化、高效化具有重大的意义。
In view of poor performance,frequent faults and low safety of shearer cable towing device,the structure of the cable towing device for MG250/600-QWD shearer is improved and optimized from material,processing and connection mode.The improved and optimized towing device is applied to the field test,and the results show that the improved and optimized cable towing device has better performance,which is of great significance for mechanization,automation and high efficiency of coal mines.
