摘要 采煤机的拖揽装置是煤矿生产中牵引缆绳、保证连续供电的重要设备,其工作性能的好坏也直接关乎企业的生产效率。基于此,进行了采煤机拖揽装置的结构优化设计。同时,根据煤矿生产实践,对煤矿拖揽机构的伸缩臂和旋转臂的优化状况进行了分析,探讨了采煤机拖揽机构的过载防护结构以及安全销的布置,并对优化后的性能进行了总结和探讨,以期为同类矿山的相关项目提供参考和借鉴。 The towing device of coal mining machine is an important equipment for towing cable and ensuring continuous power supply in coal mine production,and its working performance is directly related to the production efficiency of the enterprise.This is the starting point for the structural optimisation design of coal mining machine towing device.At the same time,according to the coal mine production practice,the optimisation of the telescopic arm and rotating arm of the coal mine towing mechanism is analysed,the overload protection structure of the coal mining machine towing mechanism and the arrangement of the safety pins are discussed,and the optimised performance is summarised and explored,with a view to providing references for the similar projects in the same type of mines.
