摘要 采煤机的拖揽装置用于拖动采煤机的供电电缆和主供水管随采煤机一同在工作面运动,当前的智能化采煤机拖揽装置都配置有张力传感器,该传感器可以在电缆或水管由于憋卡等原因导致拉力值异常升高时触发电信号,使采煤机电控系统控制采煤机急停并发出报警信号,从而起到保护电缆和水管的作用。然而,故障只能在已经发生或者即将发生时才会被监测到,而且在发生故障时无法获知具体拉力数值,缺少拉力变化的数据成为智能化采煤技术的发展障碍。因此,需要优化改进现有拖揽装置,使其能实时监测拖揽装置的张力变化,推动无人化、少人化采煤技术的发展。 The towing device of the shearer is used to drag the power supply cable and main water supply pipe of the shearer to move along with the shearer in the working face. The current intelligent towing device of the shearer is equipped with a tension sensor, which can trigger an electrical signal when the tension value increases abnormally due to the clamping of the cable or water pipe, so that the electric control system of the shearer can control the emergency stop of the shearer, and send out alarm signals to protect cables and water pipes. However, the fault can only be detected when it has occurred or is about to occur, and when the fault occurs, the specific tension value can not be obtained. The lack of tension change data has become an obstacle to the development of intelligent coal mining technology.Therefore, it is necessary to optimize and improve the existing towing device, so that it can monitor the tension change of the towing device in real-time, and promote the development of unmanned and less humanized coal mining technology.
