东曲煤矿双巷连采快速掘进工艺优化研究

摘要 为确定2301工作面连续采煤机在掘进过程中的双巷轴向距离,采用数值模型软件模拟不同轴向距离下的顶板活动规律,确定合理的轴向距离,并对掘进施工工艺进行优化。结果表明:在使用双巷连采快速掘进工艺后,工作面月均进尺可达600 m以上,大大降低了掘进成本。 In order to determine the double roadway axial distance of continuous shearer in the 2301 working face,the roof movement law under different axial distance is simulated by numerical model software,the reasonable axial distance is determined,and the tunneling construction technology is optimized.The results show that after using the double roadway continuous mining fast tunneling technology,the average monthly footage of the working face can reach more than 600 m,and the driving cost is greatly reduced.
