摘要
为确保宏岩煤矿回风下山巷道支护的可靠性,采用窥视仪观察巷道围岩结构,确定围岩的稳定范围。通过观察,巷道顶板岩层完整性较好,帮部煤体钻孔中3.0~3.8 m范围纵向裂隙发育,煤体松散破碎,完整性较差。通过巷道围岩强度测试可知,首采工作面煤层强度均值为14.45 MPa,普氏系数为1.4,属于中等偏软煤层,稳定性相对较差。因此,分析采取“锚杆+锚索+W钢带补强”联合支护措施,完善矿压监测体系,保障煤矿生产安全。
In order to ensure the reliability of the roadway support in Hongyan Coal Mine's return air downhill,a peeping instrument is used to observe the surrounding rock structure of the roadway and deter⁃mine the stable range of the surrounding rock.Through observation,the integrity of the roadway roof rock formation is good,the longitudinal cracks are developed within the range of 3.0~3.8 m in the coal body borehole at the side,the coal body is loose and broken,and the integrity is poor.Testing the strength of the surrounding rock of the roadway shows that the average coal seam strength of the first mining face is 14.45 MPa,and the Platts coefficient is 1.4.It is a medium-soft coal seam with relatively poor stability.There⁃fore,it is analyzed to adopt the combined support measures of"bolt+anchor cable+W steel belt reinforce⁃ment"to improve the mine pressure monitoring system and ensure the safety of coal mine production.
