摘要
目的:探讨下肢骨折患者应用循证护理的效果及对术后压疮发生率的影响。方法:选取2020年11月—2021年11月滨州医学院附属医院骨科收治的下肢骨折患者100例为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予基础护理,观察组给予循证护理。比较两组压疮发生率、并发症发生情况、护理满意度、生活质量。结果:观察组压疮发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.046)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.006)。观察组躯体症状、心理状态、社会关系、角色功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:下肢骨折患者在循证护理干预后压疮及并发症发生率降低,对患者生活质量有改善作用,临床护理满意度,是值得推广的护理方案。
Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with lower extremity fractures and its impact on the incidence of postoperative pressure sores.Methods:From November 2020 to November 2021,one hundred patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random drawing method with fifty cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The incidence of pressure sores,complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of pressure sores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).The physical symptoms,psychological state,social relationship,and role function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:After evidence-based nursing intervention,the incidence of pressure sores and complications of patients with lower extremity fractures is reduced,which can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.It is a nursing program worth promoting.
