摘要
目的探讨下肢骨折患者护理中护患沟通技巧的应用效果。方法选取在该院接受治疗的下肢骨折患者105例将其分为试验组55例和对照组50例。试验组根据患者心理特点、特殊的健康需求行长期有目的的沟通;对照组给予常规一般护理。比较2组护理效果。结果治疗过程中试验组的依从率为90.9%(50/55)明显高于对照组56.0%(28/50),试验组患者对医护人员服务的满意度为94.5%(52/55)高于对照组的62.0%(31/50),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患沟通技巧主要是针对患者身心健康状况、文化素养等进行全面的评价,找出每个患者的沟通重点,分别制定适合个体需要的方案,让患者积极参与疾病治疗的全过程,可以提高临床护理质量和促进和谐的护患关系。
Objective To investigate the application effect of nurse patient communication skills in the nursing care on patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 105 patients with lower limb fracture were divided into the experimental group( 55 cases) and control group( 50 cases). according to their psychological characteristics and special health needs,the experimental groups was given long-term objective of communication; The control group was given routine nursing care. The effect of nursing between two groups was compared. Results The experimental group during the treatment compliance rate was 90. 9%( 50 /55),which was significantly higher than that in control group 56. 0%( 28 /50). Patients in the experimental group medical service satisfaction was 94. 5%( 52 /55),which was higher than that of the control group 62. 0%( 31 /50),the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The nurse-patient communication skills mainly for physical and mental health for patients,such as a comprehensive literacy assessment to identify each patient's communication priorities are developed suitable for the individual needs of the program,so that patients actively participate in the whole process of treatment of diseases,and can improve the quality of clinical care and promote a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
