摘要
目的探究内窥镜手术联合集束化护理对慢性鼻窦炎患者临床症状及生活质量的影响.方法选取2021年3~9月间收治的124例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各62例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采取内窥镜手术治疗,治疗期间两组患者均给予集束化护理.比较两组患者干预后的临床疗效及生活质量.结果研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者SF-36评分均有所提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对慢性鼻窦炎患者采取内窥镜手术联合集束化护理干预,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,改善患者心理状况.
Objective To study the effects of endoscopic surgery combined with cluster nursing on clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 124 patients with chronic sinusitis treated in our hospital from March 2021 to September 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic surgery.During the treatment,both groups were given cluster nursing.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SF-36 score between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic surgery combined with cluster nursing intervention for patients with chronic sinusitis can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,improve their quality of life.
