摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在肛肠科中医规培带教换药中的应用。方法选择于我院肛肠科轮转的中医规培生64人,分为对照组与观察组各32人,对照组实行传统教学方法,观察组实行PBL教学方法。于出科前进行换药的理论与技能考核,并对教学方法进行评估;判断两组中医规培生对教学方法、教学结果、教学内容的满意度;带教老师对于中医规培生的认可情况进行比较。结果观察组的理论与技能考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对于肛肠科换药带教的教学方法、教学结果及教学内容的满意度均优于对照组,观察组的自主学习能力、临床思维能力、分析解决问题能力、交流能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在肛肠科中医规培带教换药中意义重大,能提高中医规培生的学习能力。
Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching method in anorectal traditional Chinese medicine training and dressing change.Methods A total of 64 TCM training students in the Anorectal Department of our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,32 people in each group.The control group practiced the traditional teaching method,and the observation group practiced the PBL teaching method.Before leaving the department,the theory and skills of dressing change were assessed,and the teaching methods were evaluated;the satisfaction of the two groups of TCM practitioners with the teaching methods,teaching results,and teaching content was judged;the teacher's approval of the TCM practitioners Compare.Results The theoretical and skill test scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's satisfaction with the teaching methods,teaching results and teaching content of anorectal dressing change teaching were better than those of the control group,and the independent learning ability,clinical thinking ability,analysis and problemsolving ability,and communication ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group.,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method is of great significance in anorectal department of traditional Chinese medicine training and teaching,and it can improve the learning ability of traditional Chinese medicine training students.
