摘要
新冠肺炎疫情期间,全国范围内开展线上教学,2020年2月底,口腔修复学为2016级口腔医学生如期开课。在返校前的理论教学过程中,教师充分利用腾讯会议、超星学习通平台以及微信群等线上教学工具,发挥各教学工具在预习复习、讨论互动、考核反馈等方面的积极作用,形成了“课前-课中-课后”的完整闭环式线上教学;在返校后的实验教学过程中,根据不同实验项目的特点和要求分类开展线上直播讨论、线下分组实验的混合式教学,通过开放性实验提高动手操作能力。学期末统一上交实验作品并进行理论考试,将2016级学生本学期实验作品成绩及口腔修复学期末考试成绩与2015级学生进行对比,2016级学生期末考试成绩及前牙金属烤瓷桥牙体预备实验作品成绩均高于2015级学生且差异有统计学意义,可以认为疫情期间口腔修复学线上、线下教学均取得了较好的教学效果。在信息化教学方式不断普及的当今时代,特殊时期的口腔修复学课程混合式教学实践将为高校教育教学模式的改革提供一定的思路和经验。
Online teaching was nationwide during the outbreak of COVID-19.In the end of February 2020,prosthodontics teaching was offered as scheduled to the oral medicine students of 2016.In the process of theoretical teaching before returning to school,we made full use of online teaching tools such as tencent meeting,Chaoxing learning platform and WeChat to give full play to the positive roles in preview and review,discussion and interaction,assessment and feedback,then a complete closed-loop online teaching mode of"pre-class,in-class and after-class"was formed;In the process of experiment teaching after returning to school,we used the combination of online discussions and offline group experiments for teaching according to the characteristics and requirements of different experimental projects,the students’operational ability,meanwhile,was improved by conducting open experiments.At the end of the semester,the experimental works were handed in and the theoretical examination was conducted.By comparing the experimental works and final exam scores of students of grade 2016 and 2015,we found that the final exam scores of grade 2016 and the experimental works for the tooth preparation of metal ceramic bridge of front teeth were both higher than those of grade 2015,and the differences were statistically significant.It can be concluded that the online and offline teaching of prosthodontics during the epidemic has achieved good effect.In the current era of the popularization of information-based teaching,the mixed teaching practice of prosthodontics course in this special period will provide some ideas and experiences for the reform of the teaching mode in university education.
