摘要
预制菜产业作为社会发展与进步的时代需求,也是消费者期待的一种新型消费业态。广东作为经济大省,居民的餐饮方式和消费观念逐渐由消费型转向享受型,安全、可口、营养、方便快捷已成为人们对菜肴产品最根本的消费需求。因此,大力发展预制菜具有重要意义,但目前广东省在预制菜类方面仍处于探索阶段,如何加快发展预制菜发展是一个新课题。回顾了预制菜定义、分类和广东预制菜开发现状,提出发展对策,可以为广东预制菜产业发展提供借鉴。
The premade vegetable industry is a new type of consumer industry which is also expected by consumers as the demand of the times of social development and progress.Guangdong,as a large economic province,has become the most basic consumer demand for food products,gradually shifting from consumption to hedonism,safety,taste,nutrition,convenience and rapidity.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop premade dishes,but Guangdong province is still in the exploration stage of premade dishes,how to accelerate the development of premade dishes is a new subject.This paper reviewed the definition,classification and development status of pre-prepared food in Guangdong province,and put forward the development countermeasures.
