摘要
目的:梳理和总结近30年针灸治疗失语症的研究脉络、研究热点、发展趋势,为后续研究提供依据及可行性建议。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang)中自1992年1月1日至2022年5月31日针灸治疗失语症的相关文献,运用CiteSpace与VOSviewer软件绘制作者、研究机构合作网络图谱及关键词共现、聚类、突现图谱与关键词时间线图,可视化分析核心作者、研究机构、研究热点。结果:共检索到针灸治疗失语症的相关文献1301篇,筛选后纳入1183篇,共检索出2113位作者,其中常静玲、刘兢、高颖、姜迎萍等60位作者为核心作者,天津中医药大学第一附属医院在该领域发文量为42篇,为本领域核心机构;频数前10的关键词为中风后失语症(453)、脑卒中(255)、运动性失语(228)、头针(124)、临床观察(96)、语言康复训练(206)、康复训练(58)、舌针(38)、语言功能(36)、舌三针(28)。突现强度较高的5个关键词分别是针刺治疗(1992—2006年)、中风失语(1999-2006年)、针灸疗法(2001-2012年)、失语(1998—2006年),语言功能(2019—2022年)。结论:目前针灸治疗失语症研究热点集中于针灸结合语言康复训练、重复经颅磁刺激等治疗脑卒中后失语,以及运用功能磁共振对针灸治疗失语症患者脑功能影响的观察等方面。不同科研团队及机构间应进一步加强彼此间的合作与联系,促进该领域的进步与发展。
Objective:To sort out and summarize the research lineage,research hotspots,and development trend of acupuncture and moxibustion for aphasia in the past 30 years,and to provide a basis and feasible suggestions for follow-up research.Methods:We searched the literature related to acupuncture for aphasia from January 1,1992 to May 31,2022 in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang.CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to draw the cooperation network map of authors and research institutions,co-occurrence,clustering,burst map and keyword timeline map of keywords,and visual analysis of core authors,research institutions and research hotspots.Results:The search results showed 1301 articles related to acupuncture for aphasia,1183 articles were included after screening,and 2113 authors were retrieved,among which 60 authors,including CHANG Jingling,LIU Jing,GAO Ying,and JIANG Yingping were core authors,and the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had 42 articles in this field,which was the core institution in this field.The top 10 keywords were post-stroke aphasia(453),stroke(255),motor aphasia(228),scalp acupuncture(124),clinical observation(96),language rehabilitation training(206),rehabilitation training(58),tongue acupuncture(38),language function(36),tongue three needles(28).The five keywords with high emergent intensity since the establishment of the database were acupuncture therapy(1992—2006),stroke aphasia(1999—2006),acupuncture therapy(2001—2012),aphasia(1998—2006),and language function(2019—2022).Conclusion:At present,the research hotspots of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of aphasia focus on acupuncture and moxibustion combined with language rehabilitation training,repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of aphasia after stroke,and the observation of the effect of functional magnetic resonance on the brain function of patients with aphasia treated by acupuncture and moxibustion.Different research teams and institutions should further stre
