低氧对脑结构及脑功能影响的磁共振研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 缺氧会对大脑产生较大影响,引起睡眠障碍及认知功能、注意力、记忆、语言能力下降等临床症状。引起机体低氧的常见原因包括高海拔缺氧环境、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、慢性阻塞性肺病等,缺氧会引起脑形态、微观结构及脑功能的改变。本文综述了近年来由缺氧引起的脑结构和功能变化的研究进展。从影像学的角度解释缺氧患者出现睡眠障碍、认知能力下降等症状的可能原因,探讨潜在神经病理机制。
