摘要
目的探索糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证的研究现状和前沿热点,为该病的临床治疗和机制研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台及维普网,收集2000年1月至2024年5月有关糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证的相关文献。运用EndNote 21对检索结果进行去重和筛选,纳入符合标准的文献。利用CiteSpace 6.3.R2可视化分析软件,对作者合作网络、机构合作网络及高频、高中心性关键词进行知识图谱绘制和科学计量学分析。结果共纳入376篇相关文献,年发文量呈现波动上升的总体趋势。李平为该领域最高产作者,发文量为4篇,已初步形成核心作者群。长春中医药大学与辽宁中医药大学为发文量最多的研究机构。形成临床观察、早期糖尿病肾病等高中心性关键词。研究热点集中在临床研究、中医证型与证候、作用机制及数据挖掘等方向。突现强度最大的3个关键词为益气养阴活血汤、中医药疗法、数据挖掘。结论糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证的相关研究尚需完善;未来应加强合作,开展循证医学水准的大样本量、多中心临床研究,完善糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证的治疗研究体系,为中医药现代化发展提供高质量临床证据支持。
Objective To explore the research status and frontiers of qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in diabetic kidney disease,and provide reference for clinial treatment and mechanism research of the disease.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP relevant literatures week collected on qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis syndrome of diabetic kidney disease were searched from January 2000 to May 2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R2 visual analysis software,the author cooperation network,institutional cooperation network,and high frequency core keywords were mapped and analyzed by knowledge graph and scientometrics.Results A total of 376 relevant literatures were included,and the annual publication volume showed an overall trend of fluctuation and increase.Li Ping was the most prolific author in this field,with four publications,and had initially formed a core group of authors.Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the most published research institutions.Form high intermediate central keywords such as clinical observation and early diabetic nephropathy.The research focuses on clinical research,traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome types and syndromes,mechanism of action and data mining.The three keywords with the highest intensity of emergence were Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction,traditional Chinese medicine therapy and data mining.Conclusion The study on qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis syndrome of diabetic kidney disease needs to be improved.In the future,cooperation should be strengthened to carry out large sample multi-center clinical research at the level of evidence-based medicine,improve the treatment research system of qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis syndrome of diabetic nephropathy,and provide high-quality clinical evidence support for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
