摘要
目的通过利用可视化分析的方法,总结儿童中医体质领域的研究现状、研究热点、发展前沿等,以期对儿童体质领域的未来发展提供参考。方法在CNKI中检索并筛选相关文献,导入至NoteExpress文献管理器、Excel对文献类型、年度发文量、期刊分布等进行描述性统计分析,导入至CiteSpaceV(5.7.R5W)软件对作者、机构、关键词进行共现以及关键词聚类、突现和时间线图分析。结果共纳入文献421篇,发文量≥5篇的作者共有7人,形成以薛征、赵霞、杨京华为代表的主要研究团队;共纳入研究机构256个,发文量≥5篇的机构共有17个,研究机构主要以各中医药大学及其附属医院为主;共纳入关键词492个,形成了包括哮喘、体质类型、体质辨识在内的24个聚类等。近年突现的关键词有小儿推拿、哮喘、体质辨识等。结论儿童中医体质相关研究正快速发展,目前研究已涉及方方面面,但未来仍需在形成统一的儿童体质分型共识、制定标准化的儿童体质辨识量表、编制关于儿童偏颇体质相关临床疾病的临床指南做进一步深入研究。
Objective Through the use of visual analysis methods,summarize the research status,research hotspots,and development frontiers in the field of children’s physical fitness in TCM,in order to provide references for the future development of the field of children’s physical fitness.Methods Search and filter relevant documents in CNKI,import them into NoteExpress document manager and Excel for descriptive statistical analysis of document types,annual publication volume,journal distribution,etc.,and import them into CiteSpaceV(5.7.R5W)software for authors,institutions,and keywords Perform co-occurrence and keyword clustering,emergence and timeline graph analysis.Results A total of 421 articles were included,and there were 7 authors who published more than 5 articles,forming the main research team represented by Xue Zheng,Zhao Xia,and Yang Jinghua.A total of 256 research institutions have been included,and 17 institutions have published more than 5 articles.The research institutions are mainly Chinese medicine universities and their affiliated hospitals.A total of 492 keywords were included,forming 24 clusters including asthma,physique type,and physique identification.Key words that have emerged in recent years include pediatric massage,asthma,and physical identification.Conclusion Research on the constitution of children in traditional Chinese medicine is developing rapidly.The current research has involved all aspects,but in the future,it is still necessary to put further in-depth research to form a unified children’s physique classification,develop a standardized children’s physique identification scale,and compile clinical guidelines on clinical diseases related to children’s biased physique.
