摘要
为了解“互联网+”背景下在线教学的互动性效果,提升在线教学质量和推动大学教学的系统变革,以全国60所高校学生为样本,基于1 272份调查问卷及60份访谈结果,构建结构方程模型进行适配拟合度检验,并以Z世代大学生的视角研究在线教学互动性效果的影响因素。研究发现:学习效率、教学形式、后台保障是影响在线教学互动性效果的重要因素。建议在线教学实施反馈机制,提高学习效率;转变授课模式,丰富教学形式;提高教学效率,完善后台保障。可为有关部门制定政策及高校教师的在线教学提供参考。
In order to understand the interactive effect of online teaching in the background of Internet Plus,improve its quality and promote the systematic reform of university teaching,the students from 60 universities in China were taken as samples and based on 1272 questionnaires and 60 interview results,the structural equation model was constructed to test the degree of fit.From the perspective of Generation Z college students,this paper investigated the influencing factors of the interactive effect of online teaching and come up with the findings that learning efficiency,teaching form and background guarantee are important factors affecting the interactive effect of online teaching.Suggestions were made that include implementing the feedback mechanism in the online teaching to improve the learning efficiency,changing the teaching mode,enriching the teaching form;improving the teaching efficiency and perfecting the background guarantee.It can provide reference for the related departments to formulate policies and for the college teachers to conduct online teaching.
